CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT:

• •Appointments canceled 24 hours after booking, deposit won’t be refunded after 24h .  To cancel please send us an email to eyelashbygrace@gmail.com

• You will have 1 chance to reschedule your appointment a minimum of 72 hours before your appointment. If you try to reschedule less than 72 hours before your appointment, you will lose your deposit. Less than 48 hours, you will be charge full price.. • You will not be allowed to reschedule a second time.

NO SHOW

If you do a “No-Show” your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit would be forfeited. If you wish to reschedule after a missed appointment please note that the service must be paid IN FULL before booking again. Failure to do so will result in me cancelling your appointment and you would not be able to book any future services with me.
